My principal responsibilities include:• Driving Net Property Revenue (NPR) for a cluster of properties in West London.• Identifying areas for added value schemes and/or new revenue streams, such as unit refurbishments and reconfigurations.• Managing the onsite team in the delivery of the company’s vision and objectives.• Budgeting and managing service charge expenditure.

• Being the first point of contact for Landlord and Tenant matters for a portfolio of circa 30 properties which I oversee.• Handling an array of professional services for this portfolio including Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews and Lease Assignments together with business rates mitigation schemes.• Assessing the current market value for properties, advising the management team on my recommendations.• Producing reports and managing databases for a variety of functions such as lease events.• Undertaking property inspections and measuring units.

I negotiated heads of terms with both existing and prospective clients, following leads through from enquiry to completion for the South and Central Portfolio.

I was responsible for the drafting of lease documentation for prospective clients together with handling legal correspondence for the North and East Portfolio. Latterly the role evolved to also encompass lettings negotiation.

I was the first point of contact for all new enquiries, working in conjunction with a team of four lettings negotiators.
