Custom turn-key systems are designed, installed, and serviced by CP Group for residential recycling, commercial and industrial, municipal solid waste, engineered fuel, construction and demolition, and electronic waste processing.• Responsible for managing several projects with various scopes and conditions simultaneously.• Driving and executing the lifecycle of each project from sales handoff, to engineering and design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, final acceptance and closeout.• Responsible for project milestone invoicing and monitoring project budgets.• Identifying any changes in scope or needed changes and effectively communicating them internally and to the customer. • Driving cross collaboration between sales, engineering, manufacturing, shipping and field installation. • Managing customer expectations and acting as main point of contact throughout the project.• Responsible for developing and producing project schedules and identifying critical path milestone dates.

DCXcavation, Inc. provides construction services specifically tailored to the utility and power industries with focuses on earthwork/grading operations, transmission line road maintenance, underground utilities, demolition, structural concrete, site development, substation construction, and transmission line drilled pier foundations. • Estimated and managed several projects per year ranging in contract values from $50,000 to $10,000,000 per project.• Performed project estimating, quantity takeoffs, and RFP development including analyzing scope documents and technical writing, inclusive of preliminary schedules, work plans and other various RFP package submittals, as required.• Project job cost management pertaining to cost control, budgeting, cost reporting, billing and forecasting.• Prepared and reported project status updates and construction performance data, as needed.• Created, updated and maintained construction schedules and forecasted “Look Ahead Schedules”.• Managed document control of project and material submittals, RFI submittals, correspondence, permits, plans/drawings, specifications, as-builts, and reports. • Change order request submission and processing in addition to working with field personnel in developing and/or recommending changes to scope of work.
