• Responsible for all areas of production and production scheduling, Lean Manufacturing & 5S., Building & equipment maintenance.
• Responsible for 150,000 SQ FT facility with 175 direct employees manufacturing high voltage reactors, cable & wire conductor and precision machined components for $100M operation.
• Areas of responsibility include production scheduling & manufacturing, building & equipment maintenance, shipping & receiving, inventory and warehousing, budget planning, P&L.
• Developed Skill Matrix and Cross training schedule which resulted in a flexible workforce with each employee being skilled in a minimum of 2 disciplines.

• Responsible for all areas of production and production scheduling, Lean Manufacturing & 5S., Building & equipment maintenance.
• Responsible for 32,000 SQ FT facility with 30 direct employees manufacturing transformer bushings.
• Responsible for all production scheduling & manufacturing, building & equipment maintenance, shipping/receiving, inventory and warehousing.
• Worked directly with the sales and marketing team to confirm capacity and capabilities to satisfy customer demand. Oversaw the material group to ensure on time delivery of components. Worked with engineering to develop.
• Oversaw Start up of two 30,000 SQFT manufacturing facilities including the creation of all manufacturing procedures and process development.
• Key role in growing business and developing an international customer base.
