Directly responsible for all corporate store support functions including sales, personnel hiring and training, visual merchandising, payroll and incentives, loss prevention, store communications, store openings and remodels.

Reported to the President of Store Operations with complete management responsibility for the Company's Mandee division's daily operations; included the supervision of 6 District Managers covering the states; Delaware with responsibility for 58 stores. Achievements include:Increased regional sales volume to its highest levels in 4 of 5 years with the Company.Directed 10 successful store openings within one year.Planned and implemented sales promotions programs that initiated a substantial increase in business.Successfully reduced and led the Mandee division in inventory shrinkage every year for 5 years.Developed and implemented employee training programs designed to lower inventory shrinkage, heighten employee awareness, and raise Company standards.
