Joined the Southampton office of Leadbitter in 2008 at the start of the £28m redevelopment of Southampton City College, project included a New Theatre, Media and Business Centre together with Facilities for Engineering, Hairdressing, Construction, Art, Hospitality and Beauty Departments. Following this have spent some time working on various developments in the Dorchester area including Leisure Centre, Odeon Cinema, Premier Inn, retail and residential schemes and Care Home.

Joined the team at Alfred McAlpine in 2006 for the start of a new Civilian and Military Centre for Health, providing 3 GP Surgeries, Diagnostics, X-ray, CT Scanners, Dental Services, a Pharmacy, District Nursing, Health Visiting, Children’s Services, Paediatric, Physiotherapy, Counselling, Drug & Alcohol Advice, Offices and a Training Suite, Outpatient Facilities, Minor Injuries Unit, Administrative Offices and a Retail Pharmacy, Aldershot. Value £28.0m and the largest center of its kind in Europe.

Joined Warings in 2002, working initially at Gatwick Airport before joining the team working on mixed use hotel development in Gunwharf Quays. Following this we completed a number of retail parks before moving to the New £38m Mercedes-Benz World in Weybridge.

Worked on a number of project ranging in value from £17k enabling works to £4.5m business park developments and in almost all sectors of the industry but mainly in Retail and Commercial developments, Education, Leisure, Care Homes and Health.
