• Resolve Financial Advisor escalations for all alternative investment trading issues• Monitor, coach, and motivate staff, as well as set performance goals and expectations • Collaborate with other departments to onboard new products to the trading platform• Develop, maintain and monitor controls for risk, regulation and adherence• Oversee day to day service and trading operations to unsure quality and timely execution of requests• Administrative management duties: staff meetings, interviews, training, time off requests• Report to executive staff on all team activities, developments and initiatives on a regular basis
