Managed and supervised staff of two to fifteen multi-disciplined personnel that designed, installed, operated, maintained and monitored, as well as supervised project closure of 75 Remediation Projects located throughout the United States and Europe. Remedial Process Optimization (RPO) reviews were performed for both industrial and governmental clients.After recommendations from Remedial Process Optimization Reviews were implemented, reduced existing remediation costs by 10% to 50%.Responsible for project budgets ranging from $50,000 to $750,000. Designed and implemented Remediation Projects utilizing common and innovative remediation technologies that included soil vapor extraction (SVE), in-situ air sparging (IAS), multi-phase extraction (MPE), bioventing, monitored natural attenuation (MNA), in-situ chemical oxidation (ISCO) and, Thermal Remediation, including low temperature steam extraction and electrical resistance heating (ERH) remediation.Automated existing MPE, SVE, IAS and Containment Systems at costs of 10% to 15% of annual operating costs, resulting in savings on annual system OM&M of 30% to 50%Presented several technical papers at Environmental and National Workshops and Conferences.Awarded letters of commendation from Air National Guard RPO Group.
