I have entered the private business sector after having a blessed and rewarding career in law enforcement. I have been a law enforcement professional for over 20+ years, supervising 23 employees, and I am looking to leverage my public safety experience into a private leadership role, where my management skills, investigative techniques, and customer service will help build and promote my prospective employer's abilities to deliver quality service to their constituents. My skill-set is conducting investigations, teaching, mentoring and leading groups of people in emergency management or critical situations. I have given presentations on emergency management, and critical incidents to large groups of people, as I enjoy educating others from crime prevention to emergency and critical management situations. I have received recognition for the work that I have done within communities I served, by working with city leadership to provide guidance on safety and security measures, as well as building and promoting partnerships between the community and government entities. I recently transitioned into the private sector, where I have gained training and experience as a sales consultant. I have continued my excellence in customer service from the public safety sector, into the private sector and feel extremely rewarded to have had some tremendous opportunities. I always believe within my life, that the cornerstone to one's character is, accountability, integrity and growing partnerships.

As a Deputy Sheriff Sergeant, I was in charge of supervising approximately 10 sworn Deputy Sheriff's, and on occasion, volunteer Posseman as well. I was tasked with delegating, training, mentoring and directing staff members to calls for service, reviewing investigative reports, as well as supervising staff during critical incidents of life and death situations. I conducted administrative investigations from internal and external complainants on staff members, and completing reports to be forwarded through the chain of command, recommending and identifying policy violations, if any were violated, to be considered for final approval.
