Developed a team that delivered a large and complex project for an Electronic Patient Record solution and configuration across administrative, clinical, and billing applications to the Nuffield Health Private Healthcare Group.Led, from an implementation perspective, on numerous successful sales opportunities that included the Ministry of Defence and the HSE in Ireland and have broad experience in successful procurement exercises.Re-designed the global corporation's implementation methodology (ARIES) and implementation strategies resulting in significant performance enhancements.

The project was the basis for Alder Hey's selection as a Global Digital Exemplar site.
