1. Estimating- Am responsible for estimating various types of construction projects, including, bath renovations, additions, new custom homes, tenant fit outs, and new commercial buildings. I receive plans from architects and homeowners, and estimate material and labor quantities as well as collect pricing from some subscontractors on certain items. I then submit a formal proposal follow up, and do what I can to ensure we are awarded the bid.2. Project Management- All projects I am awarded I manage. This entails scheduling, providing customers with change orders, pricing and ordering materials, managing subcontractors, and guiding the customer through the process. I work closely with a site supervisor.

1. Accounting - I am responsible for all the accounts payable, receivable, and accounting for Forst Construction, subsidiaries, and sister companies.2. Property management - I manage 8 properties, some commercial and some residential. I do the leasing, advertising, rent collection, accounting, and maintenance management.3. Office Management - I manage our vehicle fleet, tools, do computer repairs, and IT work, order office supplies, and make decisions about the needs of our business.

Running kegs was my most important task. On Tuesday night I was responsible for moving over 100 kegs to 13 different bars within the premises. Alone, I would move kegs through crowds of people to ensure each bar was stocked. Here I learned how to operate in high stress situations, where multiple people were relying on you to keep things running smoothly.
