My experiences in complex SaaS implementation solutions drove quality across the business architecture and entrenched success throughout the organization. My role was integral in facilitating the right discussions with business leaders to identify capabilities in relation to current and future social enterprise business objectives. I also lead the strategic planning process alongside Colorado business leaders, helping usher in the state’s cutting edge social enterprise programs in Medicaid. Most critical to my role, however, was not the planning but the tactical implementation. I accomplished this task through collaborative and disruptive design with key, State, executive stakeholders.

From initial assessment to implementation and beyond, I developed a strategic roadmap, employing rigorous project management methodologies to ensure seamless coordination and alignment with business priorities. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement were paramount as I provided regular updates, solicited feedback, and addressed concerns to ensure buy-in and alignment with project goals. This position allowed me the opportunity to work on my first Docusign implementation, early in the product’s lifecycle. I spearheaded a brand overhaul utilizing CRM SaaS solutions to amplify share of voice, B2B & B2C pathways. My primary task was to expand the market saturation of the newly overhauled JCC brand in the Denver community, in effect introducing it to a new audience. Within eight months, seven of the nine departments saw registration increases from 13%-48% with a more diverse demographic base and brand engagement. Gaining buy-in to ensure Executive and staff leadership had traction with their new IT tools by which to boost the brand, was critical to my success here.
