Drove $10M/year in Customer Service cost savings by building self-service order management tools.4) Tech scaling: migrated web front end from react to Next.js, built technical architecture roadmap and started migration off monolithic tech stack to microservices, decreased the time to launch a new country from 7 mo to 3 mo, and completed work to migrate Peloton’s ERP from Netsuite to SAP. 5) Launched and scaled Peloton’s Corporate Wellness platform, which allows businesses and healthcare providers to subsidize the cost of Peloton for employees or insured members as a benefit.
