35 years in the food industry and now successfully back into Technical/NPD consultancy (last done from 2000 - 2011), after a 6 year stint in full time employment. Successes so far:June to November 2017 was spent in an interim Technical Management role for Sussex Bakes Ltd, a quality cake company, with exposure to Waitrose, ASDA and Boots technical requirements. Achieved grade A BRC from a poor base level.November 2017 to March 18, spent as interim Technical Manager at CMC in Northampton, taking them through to grade A BRC. Again a challenging situation due to a new business structure.March 18 - date has been filled with:Working for Ecotricity on an exciting Vegan Burger start up project , which has been everything from NPD and customer presentations to a new build factory design. The factory was commissioned this week (w/c 4th Feb 2019) and full production now available. SALSA and BRC certification to follow soon.Interim Group Technical Advisor for BRUSCO Food Group, a wholesaler of food ingredients from around the world.
