Responsible for the safety and well-being of crew while managing the daily work schedule, quality control, troubleshooting of machines, training and crew development. Search client’s database for independent blind monitoring scores and provide feedback to Supervisor and reps. Interview, hire, and train new employees for outbound teleservices center. Conduct training on new projects. Coordinate taped calls of telephone reps for quality conference calls with upper management and clients. Provide feedback reports to Quality Manager and Trainer Manager. Assist Facility Manager with production including operating dialer parameters and assigning reps to projects. Managed entire Saturday shifts and evening shifts when required.

Responsible for hiring and training telephone sales representatives for outbound calling center. Filled in for night shift and Saturday shift supervisor when needed. Assisted TSR’s when struggling with performance goals. Winner of numerous contests and prizes based on sales per hour performance.

Handled inbound customer service calls for product information, orders, or late & substituted shipments. Also was asked to make outbound calls to customers regarding their account status, credit card problems, or special shipping instructions for overseas military locations.

Job duties mainly consisted of testing and repairing PCB’s at the component level. Other duties included: 1)surface mount technology introduction (pic placement, oven solder, freon wash); 2)member of the MRB, Material Review Board, which was responsible for the inspection of production components that may not meet certain specifications to determine their usefulness in other applications or to recommend as scrap items; and 3)was the Certified Tutor on night shift, which assisted the production personnel in qualifications for their six month reviews with the corporate Human Resources Director.
