Completed research to determine the best use of several development sites. Displayed findings using multiple PowerPoint and Photoshop presentations. Worked on schematic drawings, floor plans, and detail drawings on multiple projects. Developed diagrams to present to clients showing different options and choices for their project. Traveled to different sites to take measurements and obtain details for different buildings and sites that were being redeveloped.

Researched and developed a database of over 200 shovel-ready construction projects throughout Metro Denver that positioned the region for the American Recovery and Investment Act funding. Researched and updated the industry association database for www.metrodenver.org, the region's premier economic development Web site. Completed research on sustainability practices and programs in place at cities and counties throughout Metro Denver as part of regional the Climate Prosperity Initiative.
