He's a licensed Mechanical Contractor of Oklahoma with 15 consecutive years of HVAC industry experience and currently owns and operates Local Mechanical LLC, a $1.7M HVAC service and installation company. Through the years of building great customer and business relationships he has obtained great knowledge of business management operations. He fluently reads large and small scaled mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, builds project estimates, constructs a large work force of skilled workers to carry out daily installations and is able to perform commercial and residential service and diagnostics.His skills and experience reflect directly to his team of technicians at Local Mechanical allowing his company to perform service on large commercial HVAC equipment, commercial refrigeration systems, VRF’s, various hydronic systems & building loops, low voltage controls, valves, pneumatics, actuators, chiller and boiler systems and any residential system.He creates and develops continuous growth and account management strategy with his team of developers, engineers and other contractors. He negotiates with product sales teams and collaborates with technical specialist to officiate projects as needed to always provide a fair estimate of work and efficiency for his customers. He organizes and executes sales meetings with potential or existing customers. He conducts weekly staff safety meetings pertaining to the HVAC industry and projects and works closely with his employees. He provides close and open line of communication between the Local Mechanical job foreman and his customer ensuring that each project runs as smoothly as possible.
