I have 35 years of Administrative and security and management experience. I oversee 3,400 tenant's in a Class A property. I work closely with building Engineers and the property management team to provide a safe work environment with a top tier customer service experience. I manage all aspects of the Fitness center facility on the property, ranging from the cleanliness of the center, adequate amount of towels available, regularly maintaining all fitness center equipment and for it's possible safety recalls. I process all Fit memberships and manage all access to the center and update as needed. I manage the Business Conference Center with scheduling and approving all bookings with in the property and provide IT support to all technology that we offer for setting up for a successful meeting. I issue and manage all Work orders for the property and work with all cleaning specialists to maintain a safe and clean environment for all visitors and tenants as well as the Property Engineers to make sure that all facility equipment is properly maintained and PM'd daily. I train and manage all elevator controls throughout the property and update and fix software to fit the customers needs. I manage all access control to all entrances and exits and check daily to make sure all systems are functioning at the level of safety for all and call for service if applicable. I train all managment on all proper procedures and adjust as needed to fit the needs with in safety protocols . I manage all Contractors, Vendors, Engineers, Guards, Cleaning personal, Mail services- UPS/FedEx-USPS, Amazon, Food delivers, Tenant's, Visitor's. I manage a 24Hr Security 365 days a year. I update and manage all procedure and policy manuals for the property per the needs of the client. Received Director of Security award in 2022.
