On site Staff augmentation at Indiana BMV. Primary duties include business analysis and programming web based and back end applications for many BMV SYstems in C# and VB.NET, and SQL Server T-SQL. Adaptability to change and figuring out unknowns critical. Experience in Registrations, Titles, Credentials, Finance and automating manual processes.

Primary duties included programming web applications for Learning Management Systems, Educational Website Content Management Systems in C# and VB.NET, SQL Server T-SQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and jQuery. Adaptability to change critical. Initially worked on the Angel Learning LMS and Installation module followed by Blackboard Learn maintenance after the Blackboard acquisition of Angel. Staff for TeacherWeb (another Blackboard acquisition) departed and I became solely responsible for all programming - PCI compliance became crucial and required significant effort. Also, worked successfully as a remote member with the Schoolwires CMS team headquartered in PA, as well as teams in China and Czech Republic. All required working closely with QA and/or Support.

Primary duties programming browser based applications in C# and VB.NET for business and data layers as well as T-SQL. Some front-end work in HTML and CSS. Larger projects worked on included IndianaIntern.net and the Indiana BMV System "Stars".

Many duties starting in support and maintenance of DOS based Banking Applications and internal systems used to run the business including Sales and Marketing, Customer Issue tracking and Invoicing. Led data conversion effort to combine 4 DOS based Banking Apps into one Windows based Client-Server application. Last position held was Product Development Manager responsible for six developers.
