Develop, implement and maintain Environment Management Systems (EMS) nationally to ISO14001. Coordinate quarterly inspections with site environment champions to monitor ongoing compliance to ISO14001. Manage work groups; facilitate workshops and coordinate EMS activities.Develop, facilitate and co-ordinate EMS training and awareness.Develop and implement, participate and support projects for continual improvement against EMS targets.Gather non production utilities data for internal and external reporting. Evaluate and develop annual EMS reviews and reports to ensure ongoing system effectiveness and improvement. Support quarterly review meetings by compiling data, preparing review folders, co – present accomplishments and concerns to Senior Management.Present and demonstrate OHS related information at toolbox meetings.Assist in the improvement and promotion of staff awareness by ensuring all current OHS information is communicated. Develop, facilitate and co-ordinate OHS training and awareness.Update all OHS KPI’s and statistics on a daily basis. Assist Managers, Supervisors and OHS Committee Representatives conduct root cause analysis for Incident and Hazard reports.Assist contractor performance reviews to ensure TMCA OHS guidelines are achieved.Complete reviews of contractor Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and maintain records of licenses and competencies. Conduct OHS inductions for new staff, contractors and visitors. Support Managers, Supervisors and OHS Committee Representatives with the implementation and monitoring of all OHSMS activities and audits.Support the development of the annual Safety Business Plan to assist TMCA’s Corporate OHS objectives and targets. Assist in the review and development of standardised work procedures and risk assessments.Assist the Return to Work Coordinator with achieving suitable duties options for Workers Compensation Claims. Record all hazard information into the hazard register database and monitor all countermeasures and completion times.Support the planning, development and review of the Parts Distribution Centre OHSMS.
