Alexander von Humboldt Research Fellow• Conducted an independent and original research project to discover molten rock beneath active volcanoes in Russia. Used cutting edge Monte Carlo techniques with parallel computing facilities to create images of the molten rock below the ground.• Presented findings in top ranking international journals and conferences.• Developed code and contributed to open-source Python packages.
