I have successfully held positions of Owner's Representative, Construction Manager, VP of Business Development and Operations, Project Manager, General Superintendent, Superintendent. North Carolina Real Estate Broker License from 2001 to current.Completed projects include ,DOD, Government, Municipal, Medical, Multi- Family, Retail, Education, and Development. I have managed construction projects from fitups to medical centers, hospitals, retail developments, large apartment complexes, as well as particle board plants.Construction Management involves representing Owners, Developers, and Property Managers in the development/ construction process from design to certificate of occupancy. I have also completed numerous projects for General Construction firms in Virginia and Florida who are awarded projects locally but do not have a full time presence.
