Here, I designed and implemented four releases of a software product named SnapManager for Oracle, resulting in product that could execute backup, restoration, and provision clones of an Oracle database on NetApp storage; leveraged unique features of OnTap the NetApp OS, which supported matrix including Solaris, AIX, HPUX, RHEL, and SUSE, with Oracle 9i, 10g and 11g, using SAN and NAS attached storage. I used Java, Hibernate, Spring, and the CXF web service framework. I also developed and executed a custom test framework for issuing automatic functional tests against SnapManager for Oracle and created XML syntax, enabling test case to be parameterized to reduce number of test cases.
