- Led a team 110-140 mechanical maintenance technicians through the daily operation and maintenance for mechanical systems and components in support of two nuclear propulsion plants. - Managed the training and qualification program for a department of 450+Sailors. Ensured the strict compliance required by the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program was met or exceeded. Orchestrated an aggressive requalification plan following an extended maintenance period consisting of both classroom and hands-on training resulting in zero operational incidents upon return to plant operations.- Coordinated complex casualty control drills for four underway watch teams during two deployments, ensuring watch stander readiness to handle any actual casualty. Served on the ship’s Integrated Training Team, coordinating cross department collaboration for major fire, flooding, and radiological casualty drills.- Managed the watch schedule for all qualified personnel. Provided oversight for proficiency tracking of 20 different watch positions, ensuring the right blend of experience across five underway and in-port watch teams.
