Rob was an Agent at Northbridge Talent which launched in 2016, managing a select list of Actors and Celebrities in all areas of the industry from Theatre, TV, Film & Commercials. He has been instrumental in the agency's success over the years and has played a big part in the transition to become HOST Talent Group, a leading talent and PR agency and now taking on the role of Head of TV, Theatre & Film.In 2016 he co-founded Elite Theatre Arts, a Bromley based Performing Arts School providing training to younger performers aged 4-18yrs.
