I make people feel good through my great customer servicer skills, using my excellent communication skills & empathy skills.I'm an Ambitious, professional, organised, approachable, individual which has developed a wide range of office administration & customer service experience. He has an exceptionally strong work ethic, this means that he always strived to achieve the highest possible quality of work. This was demonstrated over time working at the Lewisham Volunteer Centre, & at Coltan Arts Centre. He, Then became a valued, reliable member of the teams, always ensuring the business ran smoothly and that colleagues and visitors were served appropriately. Now looking for the opportunity to use my excellent customer service & administration skills & live experience, ideally within the public sector.Being neurodiverse gives me the ability to see the bigger picture & how to solve practical problems with controversial ideas in my everyday life. Thinking outside the box of normal life challenges. It helps me maintain all types of ways of thinking & doing those difficult tasks in the work environment. Understanding what the challenges are in the workplace. I’v got lived experiences & excellent understanding of mental health and learning disabled also neurodiverse issues & how to best solve them in life, this is my supper power.I’m an enthusiastic person and bring all my energy to the roles I do. This makes fellow colleagues and clients feel welcome and comfortable. I also enjoy being creative such as writing music tracks, taking photographs. I love using technology, and am very comfortable adapting to new ways of working, for example my recent use of Zoom and Microsoft teams during my time as a Trustee at Lewisham Speaking Up.Whilst volunteering , I completed temporary office assignments in 3 different offices, which taught me practical skills of working in an office environment such as following processes, finding, using & setting up equipment, working with a team & customer care. In all the work that I have done I have worked with customers ensuring they receive a very good level of service & support. By being professional, efficient & courteous in my own work & referring customers appropriately I feel this improves their experience of our serviceI'v gained the lived experience that I have through all the diffident life moments that I'v go throuth to now. Some good, some bad, some indifferent.My Dyslexia supper power gives me a relay good unstinting about my own feelings and others in my life around me and how to help them and myself.
