Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities within the organization in support of Apache (AH-64) equipment. Lead teams of maintenance technicians or engineers, delegate tasks, and provide guidance and support to ensure that maintenance activities are carried out effectively and efficiently. Develop and implement maintenance strategies and programs to optimize equipment performance, reduce downtime, and minimize costs. Develop maintenance budgets, monitor expenses, and allocate resources efficiently to meet maintenance objectives while controlling costs. Implement and maintain maintenance management systems or software to facilitate work order management, asset tracking, and maintenance scheduling. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where requirements are constantly changing. Ensured that maintenance activities comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies. Create, develop, and implement Federal and Host Nation transportation safety strategies and protocols. Responsible for the maintenance and repairs of approximately 6,500 items of equipment consisting of wheeled vehicles, engineer equipment, generators, material handling equipment, all-terrain vehicles, weapons, and night vision devices across 7 countries.

Managed the inventory and procurement of spare parts, tools, and supplies, optimizing stock levels to support maintenance activities while minimizing costs and waste. Developed and maintained relationships with key suppliers and carriers, negotiating favorable contracts and rates to optimize procurement and transportation logistics while ensuring quality and reliability. Analyzed supply chain data and performance metrics to identify trends, forecast demand, and mitigate risks, enabling proactive decision-making and agile response to change in market conditions. Field all inquiries for in and outbound shipments. Create, assign, and manage shipments in commercial and government transportation management systems. Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant environmental laws, regulations, and permits at the local, state/provincial, and federal levels. Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulations and promote sustainability within the organization. Conduct environmental assessments and audits to identify potential risks, liabilities, air quality assessments, water quality monitoring, hazardous waste managementand, and areas for improvement. Obtain necessary environmental permits and licenses for the organization's operations. Provide training and education to employees on environmental policies, regulations, and best practices to promote awareness and compliance throughout the organization. Monitor environmental performance through regular inspections, sampling, and testing. Develop and oversee waste management programs to minimize the generation of hazardous waste, promote recycling and reuse, and ensure proper disposal of waste materials. Develop and implement emergency response plans for environmental incidents, such as spills or releases of hazardous materials. Coordinate with emergency responders and regulatory agencies as needed. Stay abreast of new and emerging environmental regulations, technologies, and best practices. Continuously evaluate and update environmental programs to reflect changes in regulations or organizational needs.
