Mostly Account Setups, Password resets, Information request, Software install request, Hardware replacements, etc.• We use Active Directory for most student databases, some use Microsoft Azure for verification or AD, Azure is usually for MFA.• Each school has a KB (Knowledge Base) and every school is different in regards to access and policy.• We use numerous platforms for documentation, etc. Such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Argos, etc.

• Provide support to POS (Point of Sale System (Aloha POS)) Customers. Field Techs with servers, hardware, and software issues. Help with installation and new setups.• Provide support for Hyper Leap Internet managed by Staley. We provide support to customers such as configuring routers, resetting APs and updating firmware.• Provide support for field nation tech who are assigned work order from Staley, INC. We are their first-line of support.
