As a cost estimator I collect, organize and analyze data to estimate the time, money, materials, and labor required to construct a building. In addition, I must read blueprints, specifications, and technical documents in order to prepare estimates. Lastly I must communicate with architects, clients, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors in order to bid the project as accurately as possible. Through my time at Noble I have become proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Project,Outlook, Adobe Reader, Submittal Exchange, and Prolog Manager, PlanGrid, and Project Takeoff.

From 2012 - 2016, I worked during summers and breaks as a full time Assistant project manager. I performed the backend day to day operations to ensure that the job was organized and on schedule or completed on or before the expected finish date. My duties included reading drawings and specifications, handling RFI’s, Submittals, tracking and recording logs, Daily Job Reports, organizing meetings and coordinating with subcontractors on a daily basis. From this experience I was able to build relationships with management, ownership, subcontractors, architects, and consultants.

From 2010 - 2012 , I worked with Comnet Services for over two years during summers while in high school. I personally worked in the warehouse organizing, shipping, and working with inventory that was being sent out to Toys R' Us or Babies R' Us around the world.

I worked as a construction worker for four years during summers throughout my high school career. I learned skills that help me with daily life and interacting with other people on a daily basis.
