I have worked closely with the Director of Application Development on project timelines and budgets. During this same time, I worked with the M3 Project team to gather requirements on the as-is process and turned these requirements into the to-be functional concept. I developed and maintained a project timeline used to determine project status. I am responsible for three major sub-projects each project has a team tasked with completing the project on-time and within budget. The first sub-project team was tasked with writing data conversion programs. These data conversions extracted data from the Lawson and Legacy systems and used the M3 API application set to load data into the M3 database. The second sub-project team was tasked with writing the integrations to M3. There are approximately 500 integrations that must be completed. These integrations leverage the M3 API application set to load data into the M3 database. The third team was tasked with reviewing current reporting to compare to M3 reports. Once the comparison was completed there are approximately 450 existing reports will need to be redesigned. For each group I had to complete the functional specifications, gap analysis, data validation, unit testing and schedule user testingI am working closely with IT to aid in the understanding of M3 API application set, setting up M3 role-based security. I created training documentation for end users on custom modifications and taught training classes on new functionally

I have worked closely with the M3 project Steering Committee that setting project goals, reviewed and approved budgetary needs and reported project status to Corporate Headquarters oversea. As part of the overall project I met weekly with the IT Director to discuss project plans and schedules. In addition, I sat on a governance committee that reviewed all designs for re-usability and potential business impact. I was responsible for a team tasked with moving the company from MOVEX 11.4 to the latest version of M3. I wrote the functional and technical specifications that were used to write conversion programs and M3 custom modifications. In addition, I wrote test case scenarios, reviewed M3 corrections for impact, help peer review sessions and wrote deployment procedure for installing MOVEX and M3 modifications. Documented processes and procedures for implementing changes using Infor’s Life Cycle Manager (LCM). Oversaw MAK modifications to program, files, data structures, and view definitions.
