Sales and contract responsibility for 24 of MBM’s chain restaurant customers representing $6 billion in sales. Managed a staff of 100+ associates responsible for inventory, customer administration, supplier programs, and pricing in 34 warehouses located nationwide. Worked closely with MBM’s customer base to ensure that KPIs were tracked, reviewed, and actions were taken for any corrective measures. Reviewed new and existing customer profitability for responses to RFP and contract renewals. Prepared presentations and conducted sales/ business reviews.

Charged with the responsibility for the merchandising department of a broad line distributor with a focus in the Italian food service segment. Responsibilities include inventory control, various income streams, staff management, in-bound logistics, and supplier/product selection. Coordinate with sales to develop marketing programs and assist with chain restaurant sales. Work closely with all departments to improve communication, relationships, and performance. Evaluate new business opportunities for profitability and product selection.

Advanced through a series of promotions to become Senior VP of Purchasing in 2003. Managed a centralized purchasing staff of 110 that was responsible for inventory control, logistics, procurement, and customer administration for 17 distribution centers located nationwide.
