In my role as the Mortgage Appraisal Coordinator, I am responsible for ensuring that the bank provides our customers with the most positive real estate appraisal experience by vetting and on-boarding the most qualified and geographically competent Appraisal Management Companies, holding them accountable to turn time and quality performance, directly impacting and reducing the bank's risk, maintaining a relationship with the Mercury Appraisal Management Platform to ensue that appraisal assignments are placed in accordance with the OCC's guidelines, solving complex issues that may arise during the appraisal process such as working with the AMC to determine the most appropriate way to appraise the subject property depending upon the highest and best use, zoning, condition of the property, etc. I have also had the opportunity to expand my knowledge of the mortgage banking process by taking and passing 20 courses through the bank through subject's such as Fair Lending Practices, the new TILA, TRID, identifying potentially fraudulent activity, bullying in the workplace, etc.

During my career, I have had the opportunity to serve in the capacities of Vice President of Appraisal Operations responsible for turn time performance, federal quality control quidelines, risk reduction for the corporation, Vice President of Broker's Price Opinion Divisions, Vice President of Client Relations, Real Estate Title Insurance Sales / Account Executive, etc. During my career, some of the activities in support of the above included creation of presentations / client visitations to provide company performance / workflow negotiations and preparation / develop strategic departmental goals to increase revenue and performance. I also have extensive experience in change management, order trending analysis, monitoring competitor products, services, as well as competency in Microsoft office.

As a Business Metrics Analyst, I have the responsibility for reviewing and updating policy documents to ensure that the department's onboarding practices are within TRID, Dodd Frank requirements, updating and analyzing pricing based on State Surveys, as well as verifying that the members of our appraisal panel are geographically competent to perform appraisals as required by SD, NC, WV, AL, and NC.

During my tenure at United Lender Services (ULS) I was responsible to identifying new product and service opportunities, obtain client feedback, participate in marketing events such as the Emery FCU convention, the New England Mortgage Banker's convention, develop and present marketing materials to large and small audiences as well as close sales and on-board new customers. Worked as a partner with operations, sales, and the client to ensure client satisfaction with company performance. Presented company performance, on site training with company technology tools, single point of contact for documents (workflows, service level agreements, contracts, etc.), on-boarded new clients, protected current clients.

As the VP, Client Relations I had several primary functions. First and foremost was safeguarding existing and clients being on-boarded business and customer service needs through tactical or strategic activities. This includes coordinating resources to solve operational challenges and driving to conclusions that meet and exceed client expectations. In addition, I was responsible for monitoring existing client trends and responses to increases and decreases in order volume and communicating any issues throughout the organization. I also assisted sales and operations with the on-boarding of new clients by organizing and participating in project teams to develop client and company agreed upon workflow processes, contract negotiations, new client set up within the company's order management system to ensure client reporting aligns to client set up expectations, and creating a project log to capture all work initiatives that are both client and internally driven.

Advantage Equity Services was created in January 1996. I was recruited to assist in the creation of this company as the Vice President, Appraisals. As such, I was responsible to assist with the creation of the proprietary order management system for the order placement, tracking, timely return, and quality control for both real estate appraisals and title insurance policies. Several of my accomplishments with AES was the authoring of an RFP for Household Finance Corporation resulting in securing the company's largest appraisal and property report client, at the request of ownership, analyzed and revised the property report / title insurance workflow resulting in a significant decrease in order entry errors.
