I have been in the Banking, real estate appraisal and title insurance management industry since 1988 in capacities ranging from Vice President Operations, Vice President Client Relations, Business Development for both Real Estate Appraisal Services, Title Insurance, Broker's Price Opinion, as well as other Origination and Default Solutions, Marketing, On-Site Representative, Contract Negotiation, Workflow Processes, Project Management, Meeting and exceeding corporate expectations relative to risk and budgetary requirements etc. I am a thoughtful, decisive manager who believes in managing by example, mentoring, setting reasonable expectations, providing the tools for meeting those expectations, and holding the empoloyee accountable for meeting those expectations. I am also the co-owner of Getty's Elite Martial Arts in Robinson Township, PA. I have been teaching and training for over 20 years and currently hold the rank of 5th degree Master Instructor. Appointments for beginners can be scheduled Monday through Thursday or Saturday by calling 412.735.4218.I graduated from Geneva College's adult degree completion program in 1993 with a B.S. in Human Resource Management with a 4.0 GPA. I have also taken graduate classes at Waynesburg College with a goal of achieving my MBA. Current GPA is 4.0. As a significant portion of my career has involved project management, I am currently exploring opportunities to obtain my PMP designation.
