Recently Bob has accepted extended duties with UCI training tier 3 Account Executives in the auto category. The auto industry continues to thrive but the demands to fully understand the various profit centers and operations at the dealership level continue grow. In order for media representatives to better establish partnerships at level 3 and above with dealer owners and operators, it has become imperative that account executives fully understand dealer fixed and variable operations and expenses. Bob has created an intense one day training session designed to be executed at auto dealerships. The launch has been quite successful and the program is being rolled out in other markets as of this writing. Bob was invited to be a guest panelist for a live Webcast sponsored by the NAB and TVB organizations in May of 2016 and at that time highlighted various components of this new and dynamic training session.
