Provide Property Management support and training for all assigned contracts working with Prime and Subcontractor personnel in the requirements and contractual obligations in regards to the 10+ functional areas within the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) working within the property business system, and reviewed by the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) through the Plant Clearance Officer (PLCO) and Government Property Administrator (GPA) while still interfacing with the Customer in order to meet program schedules and budget.Responsible for Oversight and Compliance with a Multibillion dollar Program. Supporting program requirements at not only the Main Facility but also traveling to Off-Sites and Subcontractors.Recognized as the "Go To" person to help resolve complex issues and concerns to break things back down the simplest form for resolution. Able to take limited information and research the Rules and Regulations to help all who ask.

Currently working as the EVP to support the President and help oversee and facilitate all of the various teams activities and events to assure compliance with LMLA Charter and Bylaws while maintaining a watchful eye on budget and deconflicting issues or concerns that arise.As the VP Social Events (2004 - 2013), I was the lead conduit to bring members and guests together in a social (non-work) relaxed environment to help generate a network of fellow members as well as bringing a little fun into the picture.Previous activities have included Wine Tours, NASCAR, IRL, Simulation Racing, Scottish Games, FILOLI Tours, Nutcracker Ballet and many more. I am always looking for great ideas and suggestions.

Responsible for the complete process of Government / Customer Property Administration. Interfaced with Government, Customer and Company personnel to meet requirements as set forth in the Government Regulations, the Contract and Corporate Policies as audited by the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and Internal Audit.Team member involved with the implementation of improved storage requirements of excess/residual Customer/Company property at the company warehouse resulting in the closing of two warehouses and creating a tracking system that was provided to Program Management to determine storage/disposal requirements.Team member with ISO9000 review and recertification in support of the Property Management Department.

Responsible for the complete process of Property Administration in the School of Medicine and supporting the Property Management Office as needed. Interfaced with Government, Customer, Department Property Administrators, Directors of Financial Administration and other key personnel to meet requirements as set forth in the Government / Customer Regulations, the Contract and University Policies, working with same to obtain 100% accountability of all property related expenditures as audited by the Office of Naval Research (ONR) and Internal Audit.Team member heavily involved with the property disposal process.Oversaw record management for the School of Medicine's Department Property Administrators in excess of 35,000 records and $175,000,000.Supported Property Management Office Director in the process of training University personnel as to the policy and procedures involving Property Administration, which assisted in the passing of numerous audits.
