Coordinate the monthly inventory for each of the business units, through an audit schedule, in order to identify irregularities that may occur during the month, in order to inform senior management of the findings, results and recommendations to follow. Validate the information collected by each audit team from the different areas by reviewing reports, in order to keep controls up to date and avoid possible internal risks in the company. Maintain the updating of the audit procedures, through constant revisions of the same, with the aim of maintaining the proper functioning of the processes used in the audits. Follow up on the different audit areas (accounts payable, inventory and financial audit), through work meetings and reports, with the aim of making the action plan to be followed to correct and prevent irregularities and give recommendations as required. Coordinate the schedule of the follow-up audits in the different business units, in order to normalize the irregularities found in each of them, according to the established internal policies. Make the monthly report of all the audits in the different areas, in order to keep informed and give the pertinent recommendations to the senior management, on the situations and action plans that correspond according to the case. Follow up on the observations and recommendations derived from the audits carried out in the different areas, in order to ensure compliance and the mitigation of possible risks
