I have been a planning professional for over 45 years commencing in the public sector. Since 1984, I have been acting for a wide range of clients as a planning consultant within a number of planning practices including Chapman Warren (as a Partner) and RPS Group (Director). I was appointed Group Planning Director (Saxon Developments) before returning to consultancy in 2006 establishing Impact Planning Services Ltd. My Practice has a strong reputation for problem solving i.e. we don't just identify the problems we offer positive solutions. We act for public bodies as well as private sector clients.
