I am currently the RF Team Lead on the Automated Warehouse Technology Team. Presently I am leading an effort to migrate and consolidate our multiple Soti MobiControl MDM environments to a cloud based solution as well as a single on-prem installation. Our mobile device fleet consists primarily of Zebra and Honeywell equipment (roughly 20,000 endpoints). I am very familiar with most mobility based OS's ranging from Windows Mobile, Windows CE, iOS and Android. I create scripting solutions as needed to automate device imaging, management, and software deployment. I am also responsible for reporting environment health and device specific metrics.

As a Sr Team Lead on the Peripheral Engineering Team, I lead a team of engineers that specialized in engineering technology solutions for our supply chain environment, corporate retail banners, franchise, and our independent retail business customers. We specialized in mobile computing solutions, counter scales, office print solutions, mobile scanning solutions, mobile shelf tag printing as well as bar-code printing. We also assisted our partner teams in the organization with point of sale and pharmacy solutions when needed.

This team was responsible for architecture, implementing, and administering ITSM based software solutions. These solutions included the Hewlett Packard OpenView Software Suite, the Hewlett Packard Service Manager Software Suite, as well as most recently the CA Service Desk Manager Software Suite.
