As a banking and finance professional for 15 years, I have been able to produce at a high level in every role I have worked in. While some of the required skills came naturally, others I have learned and acquired through valuable mentorship I have received from several great leaders in this industry with multiple companies. Over the course of my career, I have been able to grow the deposit and loan portfolio in each of my branches, while seeing many of my direct reports go on to achieve career advancement. I am fortunate to have been exposed to many cross functional learning opportunities, giving me a strong baseline in the business banking space. As a relationship manager, it is my goal to understand my customer's businesses in detail not only to connect them with products and solutions that meet their needs, but also simply be a trusted advisor to them. This is critical to me as my job is not only to sell the bank's products and services, but to be an asset to my clients with an understanding of their industries and advise them on business strategies and activities that will contribute to their success and growth. I have achieved many quarterly and annual awards, including being a recipient of US Bank's annual 2018 Legends of Possible award. Along with my career, I value community involvement and volunteerism, personal and professional development, and most of all my family. I currently serve on the board of trustees as Treasury for Pikes Peak Habitat For Humanity, helping give families in the Pikes Peak region access to affordable housing. i look forward to connecting with you!
