I started working on computers in 1997 when my hard drive crashed, losing all my valuable data (so YES, I HAVE been there!!) On a very limited budget I was frustrated with the lack of help available at a reasonable price. With a lot of help from new friends, I taught myself how to repair computers, I was relentless in researching problems that I did not know the fix or answer to. Over the years I have earned 7 industry certifications (3 from CompTia and 4 from Microsoft). In 2008, my life changed for the better. My beautiful daughter Brookley was born. Her impact on my life was immediate, as she is my motivation to succeed. It has been hard work, but I have slowly but surely been getting my ducks in a row ever since. After years of weighing the pros and cons, and letting fear get the best of me, in late 2012 I decided to finally open officially as my own Small business. This is a very stressful and very rewarding time for me, and every day I count my many blessings. In computer repair, I have earned a reputation for not only being honest, fair, quick and understanding, but also cost efficient. I learned that being a good technician doesn't exactly mean you know how to fix every single problem. It means you have the ability to listen to what the customer says, decipher the terminology they are using, find the root cause, then be able to explain back to the customer what the problem was, in terms they understand, and how bestto prevent repetitive issues in the future.CERTIFICATIONSI know the power of repeat and referral business, and that is what I work towards on every job. I want you to be so happy, that you tell everyone you know about your experience. Competitors strive for Margin, and believe that is what will make them the most profitable. I wish to become profitable as well, but doing it the right way. I strive to always maintain lower overhead, and keep my rates lower than my competitors
