Administer and maintain systems support for software, hardware, and servers: test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve all problems. My goal is to provide timely technical support for users and work with them to solve new and/or existing problems. My responsibilities also include the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information systems through patch management to include antiviral installations and signature file updates and data archival/restoral. Other responsibilities include camera configuration, routers, wireless access points, client bridges, switches, and other IP devices, as needed.
