I am also responsible for the effective resource provisioning, coordination and troubleshooting associated with all IT implementations and technology refreshes. I work across numerous critical business areas to impact and build well-controlled business processes. My responsibility is to lead and manage the organization’s SDLC agile processes and to implement highly visible projects such as an AI driven recommendation engine. In February of 2021, I was recognized for leading the organization’s largest community of new Open Access Journals, which won the organization’s most prestigious award the “Catalyst Award”. I also provide leadership and guidance to the organization’s PMO Department to develop best practices, based on a thorough understanding of the requirements and stakeholder expectations.• Leads the overall approach for the program and project delivery, including major time frames and the definition of its major deliverables to address and meet the desired goals and outcomes of the key stakeholders.• Works effectively with staff and business partners to understand and inform project management and planning assumptions, scope, costs, benefits, risks and constraints.• Leads regular interactions with the steering committees and project teams.
