- Provide onsite and remote technical support for multiple high profile private equity firms in the tri-state area, remotely assisted users across the country - During onsite visits resolved all issues in a timely fashion with accuracy and knowledge of urgency- Participated in client strategy meetings - Perform monthly maintenance on clients infrastructure- Maintained and created various documents related to the client site including “how-tos” for users- Implement and maintain multiple tools that aids in companies security and productivity with - technologies such as O365, Egnyte, Fortigate/Cisco (firewalls), Centrify SSO, Mimemcast,Mitel, Veeam and VMware.- Used Kaseya RMM software for monitoring, maintenance and remote support- Created and deployed PC images using MDT- Troubleshoot co-location VMware based infrastructure- Maintain VOIP system and made changes as needed for users- Troubleshoot network issues ranging from LAN to VPN/WAN.- Automate software deployments using GPO with PowerShell scripting
