I have always had a passion for creating amazing food. My work over the years has provided me with a wealth of experience in a variety of cuisines and environments. From cooking in the world famous Le Gaveroche with Michelin Star expectations, intense pressure, and the highest standard French food, to catering for Graduate students from all over the world at the University of Melbourne Graduate Union. My current position has taken me out of the kitchen to manage a variety of teams and projects, however I continue to consult on menus, wine and manage vendor and stakeholder requirements.
