I am a long time, mission oriented Military and Civil Servant who places great emphasis on organizational loyalty and dedication to outcome based objectives. I am most satisfied in a profession that has a measurable and demonstrable impact on the daily protection and safety of the populations I serve, be it the civilians of the United States as a Naval Aircrewman for 21 years, the school bus riding students of South Carolina as a Driver Training Instructor for 10 years, and as Operations, Routing and Safety Administrator at Anderson School District Five. I take my profession extremely seriously and pride myself in being in a position of guarding the lives of an often unaware clientele. I make no compromises when it comes to the performance assessment of individuals whose daily job functions have a direct effect on the personal safety of others. I ensure that anyone under my instruction is fully and adequately prepared to execute their job to the absolute highest level of proficiency before I 'sign off'​ on their qualification credentials. I bring an unparalleled level of enthusiasm to the classroom and I ensure that my trainees not only understand the 'what to do & how to do it'​ of their assigned tasks but, very critically, the 'why we do it that way'​ as well. I am always seeking new and innovative methods to communicate crucial job related training information and seek to utilize a broad range of technological tools, ideas, and methodologies to achieve maximum retention of critical job related knowledge, skills, and abilities in the workforce participants I am responsible for preparing. I develop captivating curriculum incorporating the latest ideas and presentation trends in order to make my instruction 'come alive' for maximum impact on the audio, visual, and experiential senses while adhering to sound ADDIE Process theory. In the last couple of years I have worked in the Private Sector pursuing an area of personal interest serving major companies in contracts that require maximum trust and unsupervised autonomy while traveling extensively throughout the United States to meet corporate goals and objectives.
