• Responsible for the strategic development and management of the company’s health applications that support Occupational Health Centers, Acute Episodic Care Centers, Disease Management Programs, and other Health and Wellness Programs • Worked in concert with Information Technology Services, Occupational Health Medical Leadership, the Clinical Quality team and other Medical Leadership to optimize different application's ability to support the implementation of best practices and standardization• Worked closely with the Applications Training team to develop training strategies to achieve high user adoption and satisfaction rates• Provided Health Informatics knowledge and guidance to leadership on various health information topics• Provided operational leadership during implementations to address challenges and change management issues • Developed workflow charts and process improvement plans, assesses training and development needs of clinical staff in relation to applications, and chairs user advisory groups to provide broad-based input into the design of the clinical information systems and associated training programs

• Responsible for the strategic planning, designing, developing, delivering and evaluating end user application training for various Occupational Health and Safety Clinical applications, various EHR/EMRs, and Pharmacy applications• Developed lists of core competencies needed by role for each application and then created training agendas to incorporate these competencies• Created application resource materials and tip sheets as well as specific training documentation to include training reports and evaluation sheets• Tracked the status of open and assigned trainings and followed them through to resolution• Delivered training on a one to one basis and in group settings, both in person and via on-line webinars

• Served in a series of progressive management roles in Radiology and Medical Operations in the US Army.• Performed all duties pertinent to successfully administer hospital departments to include budgetary decisions, personnel actions, purchases, contracts, preparing business plans, equipment evaluation and procurement, performance improvement processes, and overseeing all staff functions.
