Re-wrote the Submarine RN user Trials for the Submarine Command Team Trainer, (in use today). Also desk driver instructions on how to operate, run and successfully control various scenarios that are needed to train Command Teams.Ran various systems through their Factory Acceptance Tests and full Site Acceptance Test.Produced other course ideas which are being considered to produce revenue for the company

Having taken on the position from three others and effectively ran the site, I was put forward for a CMI Diploma in Management. Achievements: Turned around a site that was being run down and quickly got the team of twenty three semi-skilled operatives and cleaners, to take pride in their work and do it more effectively

Carried out installations on a large scale within a BA call centre and completed installations autonomously within the airport environment.Achievements:Established HP Open View for Glasgow’s BA’s equipment. The role required the implementation of technical solutions to complex problems, while supporting various network systems and applications. Met very tight SLA’s and assisted in asset tracking. Ran projects up to £200,000 with procurement of equipment to improve the accommodation and office areas.Administrator of Novell Network/ Unit IT Manager /PC Support; Administered a network service for 150 users in a secure environment. This was the SM1 network. Responsibility for the submarine flotilla I.T. Managed all contractors servicing the equipment held within my area of responsibility. Migrated the Novell 3.1 network to 4.0

Personally implemented a new submarine’s protection organisation. Worked closely with BAE sema to test the SMCS, (command & control system), managing a team of 12 men.
