I am a technology focused corporate lawyer with considerable experience working in-house and in private practice across the largest markets in South East Asia and the UK. I am currently a Senior Legal Counsel at TrueLayer (Europe's leading open banking payments network and one of the largest and fastest growing fintechs in the UK), where I focus on corporate transactions and commercial partnerships.In my previous role as VP and Senior Legal Counsel at GoTo Group (a high growth technology company based in Indonesia), I advised the senior leadership team on strategic-group level matters including capital raising and investments, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance, as well as the international expansion and operation of the business in Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam and Thailand.
