Following the acquisition of Rowanmoor by Embark in 2016 his role has expanded to delivery of that technical support across all Embark Group companies. He is also an experienced presenter and author of articles for press publications. Previous roles in the pensions industry include administration, broker sales, marketing and product development.Robert has been actively involved with industry trade body, the Association of Member-directed Pension Schemes (AMPS); joining the committee in 2005, he was the Chairman between 2008 and 2011, and Head of the Technical Sub-Committee between 2011 and 2014. Robert became an Honorary Life Member of AMPS in 2016, for providing outstanding service to the Association. Joined Rowanmoor Group plc to develop and launch a SIPP product to build on Rowanmoor Groups heritage in Small Self Administered Schemes and innovative Family Pension Trust.Following the launch of the Rowanmoor Pensions SIPP in 2010, Robert moved across to head up the pensions technical services team to further enhance Rowanmoor Group's excellent reputation for technical expertise.

Joined the company when it was called Cannon Lincoln working out of Wembley, London.
