I am concurrently the Technical Director for OCEAN CHALLENGER PTE LTD, which operates those vessels built by the shipyard, employing professional captains and crew. These include vessels currently working in the North Sea, the Persian Gulf and in West Africa that require periodic vessel inspections with regulatory body surveyors. -

I was the chief liason between the regulatory bodies, subcontractors and the projects, coordinating with the Project Engineers on technical issues for various O&G vessels' detail design and construction.
