As the Founder and CEO of American Solar Rail (ASR), I wrote and own the patent for a RAIL TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM that solves for the extreme construction expense for current high speed-rail systems. I am leading the design and implementation of the first solar-powered rail network in the US, spanning from Savannah to Los Angeles. With over 25 years of experience in renewable energy, utilities, construction, and entrepreneurship, I have a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that benefit the public and the environment.My mission is to transform the High-Speed Intercity Passenger Rail (HSIPR) rail transport industry by harnessing the power of solar energy and reorganizing well proven technology that can achieve a quicker passenger delivery time at lower costs by a method that was forgotten in rail history. I have developed unique analyses of the physics to finance of solar energy and Railway Travel Time Analysis. They applied them to various industrial and utility-scale projects I have also received multiple awards and certifications for my contributions to green technology, such as the Wall Street Journal’s 2004 Innovation of the Year International Award, the CIF NOVA Award, and the FL Governor’s New Product Award. My Work has been studied for 2 years by the Association of American Railroads notional lab, MxV Rail. They went with me to the Federal Railroad Administration who offered to move quickly on this trains adoption. I am currently seeking partnerships, collaborations with investors and diverse stakeholders, such as C-level executives, boards of directors, government officials, and community leaders, to enable Pres Biden's rail vision throughout America and make it reality.
