Commenced as a senior equity analyst and later promoted to Portfolio Manager. Main responsibilities were detailed stock research and general portfolio management of the firm's three funds (wholesale, retail and LIC). Maintained regular contact with senior management teams of a wide range of ASX listed companies. Active role in presenting to potential and existing investors (private individuals, institutional investors and financial planners). In 2013, CBG Asset Management was awarded the prestigious "Best Boutique Australian Equities Manager" at the Australian Fund Manager awards.

Responsible for research coverage of approximately twenty diversified industrial stocks. Performed detailed financial modelling, valuation, financial analysis and investment recommendations for each stock. Maintained regular contact with company management and produced regular research notes on all stocks covered. Member of the Morningstar Investment Committee.
